Return of undamaged items

Below you will find our conditions for returning undamaged items:

  • You have a cooling-off period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons, starting on the day of receipt of the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. An exception to this are products that are specially made for you (custom). You cannot return these products. 
  • For returning the order, the return costs are for your account.
  • Return shipments are at the buyer's risk. This means that merenokceramics.com is not liable for damage or loss of returned items. To prevent this, it is important to always ask the postal agency for a track & trace number and keep it safe.
  • Merenok Ceramics reimburses all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Merenok Ceramics for the returned product, immediately but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him of the withdrawal. Unless the entrepreneur offers to collect the product himself, he may wait with paying back until he has received the product or until the consumer demonstrates that he has returned the product, whichever is the earlier. Merenok Ceramics uses the same payment method that the consumer has used for reimbursement, unless the consumer agrees to a different method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

Return of wrong or damaged items

Despite the great care we take with your order, it is possible that an item becomes defective or that you receive the wrong item. If an item is defective, we kindly ask you to contact us immediately upon receipt. merenokceramics.com will bear the shipping costs for returning damaged or incorrectly delivered items.

Once we have processed your return, we will send you a confirmation email. When returning undamaged items, you will not receive a replacement. We will refund the amount paid by you or your payment obligation will lapse if you have not yet paid. Have you received a wrong item or a damaged item? We will then immediately send you a replacement item. If you do not want a replacement item, we will refund the amount you paid and your payment obligation will lapse.

Return outside the conditions

When you return an item that is outside the conditions or without an invoice or packing slip, your payment obligation does not expire. In that case, we can also decide not to process any future orders. If in doubt, please contact us.
